POST/bigblue.storeapi.v1.PublicAPI/ListTrackings

Returns all trackings that match one identifier. Set exactly one of order_id, tracking_number or external_order. If you set more than one, only the last is used.

This endpoint isn't paginated. All matching trackings are returned at once.

Request body

Set one of these fields:

order_idstring

Bigblue order ID. Returns one tracking per parcel, without cancelled fulfillments.

Pattern^[A-Za-z0-9]{12}$

tracking_numberstring

The tracking number printed on the label. A number issued later by the carrier won't match.

external_orderExternalOrderId

Your order reference and the shop it came from. This is the only way to find an order by your own reference.

Bigblue shop ID, for example sh_1a2b3c4d.

idstringrequired

The order's external_id in that shop.

Responses

200The matching trackings. Empty if none match.

trackingsTracking[]

One tracking per parcel, with events newest first.

An order that hasn't shipped returns {}. So does an external_order that matches no order.

400No identifier was set, or order_id is invalid.
